The LBL experience is very special and should not be attempted with a light level of hypnosis. To achieve the required depth at least two sessions are recommended. The first session familiarizes the subject with the hypnotic process and establishes one’s ability to achieve an adequate level of trance. The first session is the Past Life Regression described above. 

Approximately 90% of subjects will achieve the required depth level in the first appointment, and they can then proceed on the following session with the full 4-5 hour LBL Regression. Although 4 hours sounds exhausting, under deep hypnosis time passes much more easily and quickly. The long session time is required to achieve both the deep trance and the complex transition into the spiritual world. If you have prior hypnosis or deep trance experience you may be able to skip the first session.

Your session begins with deep relaxation and regression back into the womb where you can remember what you knew before birth. We will then visit the last day of your most immediate past life. You'll remember your death and how it feels to return to your immortal soul state, often releasing fear of death. You are able to do work here to release any past life issues you may be burdened with (Karma). Once your soul has left that body, you begin your journey into the Spirit World. You may meet your Spirit Guides, Soul Mates, and remember other places your soul visited. You will find that you chose your family, your body, and your mission with the help of your Council of Elders. You will discuss contracts that you pre-arranged with your soul mates. 

And most importantly, you will remember what your purpose here on earth is in this life! Once you remember your purpose you can ask your guides how you are doing and how to make the most of the time left to complete your mission.

I was so honored in 2017 when Michael Newton told me that his next (and final) book would be an anthology of stories from his trained therapists.  He asked me if I would help to edit the book and I graciously accepted. The book is focused on how the LBL regressions had affected client's lives. Michael had never written about this and he thought this was a needed resource. He was right! 

The book was published in 2018. You will find my story in chapter 8, "A Shattered Heart." (I no longer live in Greenfield, Ma, I am currently in Tucson, Az.).
